2. Services Offered
ExcelyHealth provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services, including:
- Ambulatory transportation
- Wheelchair transportation
- Stretcher transportation
- Dialysis transport
- Hospital and clinic appointments
- Door-to-door and facility-to-facility rides
All bookings are subject to availability, service area coverage, and the health condition of the passenger.
3. Booking & Cancellations
- Bookings can be made via phone, website form, or mobile app (if available).
- It is recommended to book at least 24–48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Passenger Requirements
- Passengers must be medically stable for non-emergency transport.
- If stretcher service is required, it must be specified during booking.
- Escorts or caregivers are welcome to accompany the passenger when arranged in advance.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who poses a safety risk.
5. Payment Terms
- We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved insurance or broker payments (if applicable).
- Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Past-due balances may lead to suspended or denied future service.
6. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal or medical information collected through our website or services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and HIPAA compliance standards.
7. Limitation of Liability
ExcelyHealth Medical Transport LLC is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, emergencies, or unforeseen conditions
- Loss of personal items left in the vehicle
- Any medical incident occurring during transport (as we are not a paramedic or emergency service provider)
While we strive to provide safe and timely service, exact arrival times are not guaranteed.
